Fully lined in velvet for comfortable wear. Very adjustable for a wide range of neck sizes. The removable tassels allows you to have a more pronounced or subdued appearance depending on your mood or outfit.
Constructed entirely by hand with high quality metal beads that coated in polymer to preserve shine and ensure the item is hypoallergenic.
